This Cookie Policy explains what cookies are, which ones CreatorFree uses, why we use them, and what your choices are. We have kept this as straightforward as possible.

What are cookies

Cookies are small text files that a website places on your device when you visit. They are widely used to make websites work, remember your preferences, and give website owners basic information about how their site is being used. Cookies are not programs and cannot carry viruses or install malware on your device.

Similar technologies — such as session storage and local storage — work in comparable ways and are covered by this policy.

Cookies we use

CreatorFree uses a minimal set of cookies. We do not use advertising cookies, tracking cookies, or third-party analytics cookies. We do not sell or share cookie data with advertisers.

Cookie Type Purpose Duration
PHPSESSID Essential Keeps you logged in during your visit. Without this cookie the site cannot remember who you are between page loads. Session (deleted when you close your browser)
creatorfree_prefs Functional Remembers any display preferences you have set, such as notification dismissals. 30 days

That is it. We do not use Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, or any other third-party tracking technology on CreatorFree pages.

Third-party cookies

When you visit a creator’s profile page, it may include links to external platforms such as YouTube, Rumble, or social media. If you click through to those platforms, they may set their own cookies in accordance with their own privacy and cookie policies. CreatorFree has no control over third-party cookies and is not responsible for them.

When you make a payment through our payment partner (currently PayPal), you will be directed to their website where their own cookie policy applies. We encourage you to review PayPal’s cookie policy if you have concerns.

Why we use cookies

The session cookie is strictly necessary for the platform to function. Without it, you cannot log in, and features that require authentication cannot work. This cookie does not track you across other websites and is deleted when you close your browser.

The preferences cookie is used only to improve your experience on CreatorFree and is not used for any tracking or marketing purpose.

Your choices

Most browsers allow you to control cookies through their settings. You can typically find these in your browser’s “Privacy” or “Settings” menu. You can choose to block or delete cookies at any time. Please be aware that blocking the session cookie will prevent you from logging in to CreatorFree.

Since we do not use advertising or tracking cookies, opting out of those through browser settings or tools like uBlock Origin will have no meaningful effect on your experience here — we are not running any of that.

Do Not Track

Some browsers transmit a “Do Not Track” signal to websites. Because CreatorFree does not engage in cross-site tracking or behavioral advertising, this signal does not meaningfully change how we interact with your browser. We do not track you across other websites regardless of your Do Not Track setting.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Cookie Policy from time to time. If we add new cookies or change how we use existing ones in a meaningful way, we will update the effective date above and notify registered users by email. Continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
