Who we are

The Services are owned and operated by CreatorFree, a platform currently operating under Rabid Panda Ranch and transitioning to its own independent hosting at creator-free.com. You can contact us at support@creator-free.com.

Who can use the Services

By using the Services you represent and agree that you are:

• Over the age of 18 and agree to form a binding contract with us; or
• Over the age of 13 and under the age of 18, with authorization from a legal parent or guardian to use the Services as a sponsor;
• Not barred from using the Services under the applicable law of the country where you are located; and
• Not someone who has previously had an account disabled on the Services for a violation of these Terms, applicable law, or our policies.

If you are registering as a creator, you must be at least 18 years of age regardless of parental authorization. By registering as a creator you represent that you are 18 or older and agree to provide proof of age upon request.

The Services

CreatorFree is a platform where independent creators can accept direct financial support from their audience through subscription tiers and one-time tips. Sponsors can support creators they believe in, with or without creating an account. CreatorFree does not host content — creators keep their content on the platforms of their choice and use CreatorFree solely as a payment and community layer.

License to use the Services

Subject to these Terms, CreatorFree grants you a limited, non-commercial, non-transferable, non-exclusive, revocable license to access and use the Services for your own personal use. This license does not extend beyond what is described here.

Updates

The Services are evolving. We may update the Services at any time with or without notice. You may need to update software from time to time to continue using the Services.

Restrictions

Your use of the Services is subject to the following restrictions. You may not:

• Violate another person’s rights by impersonating them, posting their private information, or infringing their intellectual property, publicity, or privacy rights.
• Post content you do not own or have permission to use.
• Post content that is false, defamatory, or misleading.
• Use the Services for any unlawful, fraudulent, or deceptive purpose.
• Harass, intimidate, defame, or bully other users.
• Conduct yourself in a vulgar, offensive, or objectionable manner.
• Generate unsolicited advertisements or spam.
• Interfere with or impair the delivery or operation of the Services.
• Upload malware, viruses, or any code designed to interrupt or damage the Services.
• Reproduce, copy, sell, or distribute the Services or any part of them.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or derive the source code of the Services.
• Scrape or download data from the Services using automated tools without our permission.
• Remove or destroy any copyright notices or proprietary markings in the Services.
• Frame or use framing techniques to enclose any of our trademarks, logos, or content.
• Promote commercial activities such as contests, sweepstakes, or pyramid schemes without our prior written consent.

Account registration

Registering your account

To access certain features of the Services you may be required to create an account. You agree to provide true, accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep that information up to date. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other security breach. You agree not to create an account using a false identity or on behalf of someone other than yourself. We reserve the right to remove or reclaim any usernames at any time.

Requests for additional information

We may from time to time require you to provide additional information and documents to comply with applicable law or regulation, including laws related to anti-money laundering, counter-terrorism financing, or identity verification. If you do not provide the requested information, we may refuse to provide further access to the Services.

Your account security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account details. CreatorFree will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to keep your account secure. We have no responsibility for the deletion or failure to store any data you upload or maintain on the Services.

Relationship of the parties

You are an independent contractor and not a partner, joint venturer, agent, or employee of CreatorFree. Nothing in these Terms shall create any such relationship between you and CreatorFree.

Using the Services

The platform

The Services include a platform where creators can offer subscription tiers and accept tips from sponsors. Pricing and payment terms are set by creators within the guidelines of the platform. The actual financial relationships are between creators and their sponsors. While we facilitate transactions, we have no control over and make no guarantees about a creator’s ability to deliver the benefits they offer, or a sponsor’s ability to complete a payment. CreatorFree is not responsible for disputes between creators and sponsors arising from the use of the platform.

Subscriptions

Sponsors may subscribe to creator tiers on a recurring monthly basis. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each subscription period unless canceled by the sponsor or unless payment fails. You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to subscription benefits until the end of the current billing period, after which no further charges will be made.

Tips

Sponsors may make one-time tip payments to any creator. Tips do not require an account. All tips are final and non-refundable except in cases of documented payment error or fraud.

Responsibility for content

Your content

You, and not CreatorFree, are entirely responsible for all content you upload, post, transmit, or otherwise make available through the Services. By posting content you confirm that: (a) you own or have the necessary rights and licenses to use and share that content; (b) your content does not infringe any third-party rights; (c) your content complies with applicable law; and (d) your content would not be considered objectionable by a reasonable person.

No obligation to pre-screen

We have no obligation to pre-screen content, but we reserve the right in our sole discretion to monitor, refuse, remove, or take action with respect to any content at any time. We may remove content that violates these Terms or that we otherwise determine to be objectionable.

Content that is not yours

Do not distribute, post, or transmit any restricted content belonging to another user outside of the platform. Unauthorized distribution of restricted content may result in account termination and may expose you to legal liability.

Ownership

The Services

Except with respect to your content, CreatorFree and its licensors own all rights, title, and interest in and to the Services, including all software, themes, design, and documentation.

Trademarks

CreatorFree and all related graphics, logos, service marks, and trade names used on or in connection with the Services are the trademarks of CreatorFree and may not be used without permission.

Your content

CreatorFree does not claim ownership of your content. When you post content on the Services, you grant CreatorFree a fully paid, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, non-exclusive license to use, display, reproduce, and distribute your content solely for the purposes of operating and improving the Services.

Feedback

Any ideas, suggestions, or feedback you submit to us may be used by CreatorFree without restriction or compensation to you.

Fees and payments

Platform fee

CreatorFree charges creators a flat fee of 8% of all income earned through the platform. This fee is deducted before creator payouts are processed. Payment processing fees from our payment partner apply separately and are disclosed at checkout.

Payment

You agree to pay any fees or charges incurred through your use of the Services in accordance with the billing terms in effect at the time of the transaction. All amounts are in US dollars unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to change fees at any time with reasonable notice.

Taxes

You are responsible for determining and paying any taxes that may apply to transactions you conduct on the platform. CreatorFree is not responsible for determining the taxes applicable to your transactions.

Refunds

All payments are non-refundable except in cases of documented payment error or fraud, or where required by applicable law. Minimum tip amount is $1.

Disclaimer of warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. CreatorFree expressly disclaims all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free, or that any results obtained from using the Services will be accurate or reliable.

You are solely responsible for your interactions with other users of the Services. CreatorFree is not responsible for the conduct of any user, online or offline.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, CreatorFree and its affiliates shall not be liable for any loss of profits, revenue, or data, or for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Services, whether or not CreatorFree has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services shall not exceed the greater of: (1) the total amount paid by you to CreatorFree in the one-month period prior to the event giving rise to the claim; or (2) $100.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by applicable law. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability — if these laws apply to you, some of the above limitations may not apply.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless CreatorFree and its officers, employees, agents, partners, and licensors from any losses, costs, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or relating to: (a) your content; (b) your use of the Services in breach of these Terms; (c) your violation of any rights of another party; or (d) your violation of any applicable law or regulation. These indemnification obligations survive termination of your account or these Terms.

Copyright infringement

It is our policy to terminate the accounts of users who repeatedly infringe copyright. If you believe that your work has been copied and posted on the Services in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, please contact us at support@creator-free.com with the details of your claim. We will review and respond to valid notices promptly.

Monitoring and enforcement

CreatorFree reserves the right to: (a) remove or refuse to post any content for any reason in our sole discretion; (b) take any action with respect to content that we deem necessary, including if we believe it violates these Terms or threatens the safety of any user; (c) disclose your identity to any third party who claims that content you posted violates their rights; (d) take appropriate legal action including referral to law enforcement for any illegal or unauthorized use of the Services; and (e) terminate or suspend your access to all or part of the Services for any violation of these Terms.

Term and termination

Term

These Terms commence when you accept them and remain in effect while you use the Services, unless terminated earlier.

Termination by you

You may terminate your use of the Services at any time by notifying us and closing your account.

Termination by us

CreatorFree reserves the right to terminate your access to the Services without notice if we reasonably believe you are in breach of any part of these Terms.

Effect of termination

Termination includes removal of access to the Services and deletion of your account and associated content. CreatorFree will not be liable for any suspension or termination, including deletion of your content. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination — including ownership, warranty disclaimers, and limitation of liability — shall survive.

No re-registration after termination for cause

If your account is terminated for a violation of these Terms, you may not re-register or attempt to access the Services under a different name or account. Doing so may result in immediate further action.

Third-party services

Payment processing

Payment processing is performed by our third-party payment partners. Your use of their payment processing facilities is subject to their own terms and conditions. We do not store your full payment card information on our systems. By providing payment details, you authorize us to share that information with our payment partners and to charge your payment method for amounts due under these Terms.

Third-party websites and applications

The Services may contain links to third-party websites and applications. CreatorFree is not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or terms of any third-party site or service. Links are provided for convenience only and do not constitute an endorsement.

General provisions

Electronic communications

By using the Services you consent to receive communications from us electronically, including by email and by notices posted on the Services. You agree that electronic communications satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing.

Assignment

You may not assign or transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent. Any attempted assignment without consent is null and void.

Force majeure

CreatorFree shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform resulting from causes outside our reasonable control, including acts of God, war, terrorism, civil unrest, fire, floods, pandemics, strikes, or shortages of essential resources.

Governing law and venue

These Terms and any action related to them will be governed by and interpreted under the laws of the United States. Any claims or disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of the United States.

Waiver

Any waiver of a provision of these Terms on one occasion does not constitute a waiver of that provision on any other occasion or of any other provision.

Severability

If any portion of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, that portion will be construed to reflect the original intention of the parties as closely as possible, and the remaining portions will remain in full force and effect.

Entire agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any supplemental terms, constitute the entire agreement between you and CreatorFree regarding the Services and supersede all prior discussions or agreements.

Mobile messaging

If you opt in to SMS notifications from CreatorFree, you may receive messages about your account activity, new tips, subscription updates, and platform announcements. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies.

You can cancel SMS notifications at any time by texting STOP to our short code or by updating your notification preferences in your account settings. After texting STOP you will receive a final confirmation message and no further SMS messages will be sent. Text START to re-enable.
